Refund ya Replacement kab milega?
Aap refund ya replacement ke liye eligible ho sakte hain agar:
- product damaged ho
- galat item receive ho
- product mein major defect ho
- parcel mein koi item missing ho
Issue report karne ke liye delivery ke 24 hours ke andar humse contact karein with clear photos ya video proof.
Kin cases mein refund nahi milega?
Refund ya return apply nahi hoga agar:
- aap delivery ke baad apna mind change kar dein
- aapko design, color, ya size pasand na aaye
- aap parcel check karke accept kar chuke hon
- product delivery ke baad damage hua ho
- screen ki wajah se color thora different lage
Refund Process
Agar aapka case approve ho jata hai, to hum:
- replacement bhejenge, ya
- refund process karenge
Approved refunds usually 7 se 10 working days mein process hote hain.
